Kuldip Bawankule, Founder & CEO
Kuldip Bawankule is an engineer and entrepreneur with a master’s degree in thermal and fluids engineering. Throughout his career, he excelled as a thermal engineer at an automotive startup in Los Angeles, where he led the thermal system development—from concept to production—delivering advanced technologies and engineering solutions.
Driven by a passion for innovation, Kuldip founded Softform.in to offer top-tier engineering consulting, software solutions, and product development services. With a hands-on approach and forward-thinking mindset, he is dedicated to crafting efficient, real-world solutions and propelling technological advancement.
Tejas Vivek, COO & Co-Founder
Tejas Vivek Netke is an engineer and operations leader with expertise in construction and project management. With hands-on experience in designing and constructing offices, farmhouses, and large township projects, he has successfully led private building and infrastructure developments.
